... mountains. The water of the Soca River is bright turquoise and absolutely beautiful! The town we are in tonight, Bovec, is very small. The apartment is nothing to get excited about, but it's only 1 night and it's relatively inexpensive! We have loved every minute of our travels in Slovenia. Tomorrow we will drive through the country's only national park, which has 50 hairpin turns...something tells me that will be both exciting and ...

It is 2,120 m (6,960 ft) long and 1,380 m (4,530 ft) wide, with a maximum depth of 29.5 m (97 ft). The lake is situated in a picturesque environment, surrounded ...

... opening session # 2 ensued. Once again, Santa (who even sent an email to explain) was mindful for the need to fit things back into suitcases and so things were kept to a minimum.

Had a successful Skype fest calling all the rellies and BFFs, which was great.

Then it was up the mountain for our last day of skiing. It was the best day yet and in itself a great ...
