    ... far away' and there was only 30 mins until boarding. 'Quite far' doesn’t even begin to describe the assault course we were about to embark.

    So we had 30 mins to get to the plane and about 15 of them were spent waiting at passport control. We had joined the shortest queue but there was a doddery old lady serving and it was taking her an age to do all the checks (6-2).

    After that we had to go up escalators, down escalators (no mean feat with a buggy) ...
