    From Demel we went to ride on the historical ferris wheel. The view from the carriage was pretty good, although the light wasn’t great for trying to take pictures of the view. We did enjoy having the carriage to ourselves.

    ... t like. I had Buttertoast which was a grilled ham and cheese with tomato. Then we headed for the Konzerthaus. We arrived early and the doors weren't open yet. After about 20 minutes, I realised the idiot at the check-in desk hadn’t told us that we needed to bring up our own bed sheets from downstairs, so I had to hike all the way back down to reception whilst fighting the urge to faint.     We arrived in Vienna in the early hours so the departure change worked well for us. It transpired that the river closed two hours after we left so we were blessed, the river continues to be very high with lots of flood debris floating by.
