Arrived in Munich & found our hotel without too many issues (even found a temporary car park almost across the street from the hotel - car parks are rare in Europe so this was impressive!). Dropping Mum & all the bags off then I went back to the car to return it. Seems like a simple enough idea ... but I couldn't find the Avis office at the train station. The next closest office was about ...

Met up with my good friend Toni who I knew from Sydney last year. Monday went on bus tour to the Alps to see the Ludwig II castles, Beautiful day met more good people.
