Great for beer lovers

... for children in this time, doing pelvic thrust dances. He also tips the kid's noses with red lead paint. The poor children had to survive the Plague, a creepy clown, and lead's a wonder Europe ever survived. The show is not impressive to a person of our era until you remember the mechanics it takes for these clock shows are hundreds of years old- which is quite impressive indeed. Side note: The astronomical clock in Prague was rate #1 most ...

Germany, Austria, Italy

... we were on the road by 9 AM. Our goal was to see as much of Austria as possible; my dad had always spoken lovingly about the country and our good Austrian friend, Eva, had also encouraged us to travel there. Munich, here we come!

A travel blog entry by danddmeed

On this day we took a 5-hour train from Verona to Munich, a packed one, unfortunately. We arrived in Munich at about 6 PM, checked out their tourist info center (no free maps!) and made our way to the hotel. After being in Italy for so many days, weather in Germany definitely felt nicer, a little windy and rainy, but that was ok. The only thing we were able to accomplish that evening was finding Lidl and stocking up on some provision.
