... a room right in the heart of the town. The streets are all cobble stone and the Main Street where we are staying allows no vehicles, just BIKES and walking people and did I mention BIKES! There are parking lots for bikes at train stations the size of a football field and they are filled with bikes. Such a quiet and relaxed pace here, compared to England. Ken went one way and I went the other. The town was mistakenly bombed by the Allied Forces and the Allied Forces mainly Americans were defeated here 1800 Americans died. The only old places that survived were the church and the merchants building. Ken went to Arnhem, to see the museum about the battle of the "Bridge to Far".
