Blake worked with the local 'monk' to bottle some wine, including filling the bottle, adding the cork, dipping the neck into beeswax and signing off on the certificate of authenticity. We had a few drinks and some ice cream at the castle cafe before heading back down the ...

... br> Well, I say it was relief but actually, I was rather confused. ‘A bear?!’ I’d read in one of the many tourist leaflets floating around that bears were still prevalent in the wild in some of the Slovenian National Parks. I decided I had misheard her, particularly when we parked our horses up in a shadowy copse and then wandered over to a bar. At this point, I did think I had completely misunderstood and we were instead having a mid-morning beer, not bear.
