So watch this space! A big thank you to everyone who has supported me (financially, practically and emotionally!) so far, please stay with me for the rest of the Helping, Healing, Healthy journey, the ending will be ...

Friday 29 August

Stayed around the campsite throughout the morning reading
a good book. A short local walk in the afternoon but managed to catch a bus
that took us right back to our start point rather than taking us further up the
valley side. Gave up in disgust, had a cup of tea and carried on with the good
book.
