    ... about their business. The fritters who are late make ne smile with their mincing steps and galloping legs.

    Sitting at Kings cross I realise you don't have to go far to find the beauty around you. In fact I didn't even have to leave home. But I love travel and experiences, they make me seem a lot smarter than I actually am.... In fact I'm getting home the day before my birthday..

    ... lovely family, then Ian and I drove over and picked up Aunt Joan from her place. We all went to Dinner at Park Farm Restaurant and had a great day out.

    We dropped back at Ian's after the restaurant and chatted for a while and before we knew it, it was 6.00pm. We said our farewells and drove back to Thetford for a quiet evening at the hotel.

    It was great catching up with everyone, we had a really good day.

    Thetford and Bury St Edmonds

    ... getting to the stage where one medieval town is just the same as all the others now.

    We spent a couple of hours in Bury St Edmunds then drove back to Thetford where we walked around Castle Hill, which is an old fort site dating back to the 1100's. From there we moved on to Thetford Priory which dates back to Henry the VIII times.

    Dropped Cheryl of for a pedicure while I went back to the room for a short rest. We dined at the Thomas Paine pub and a very nice ...
