Brisbane. Our last port of call in Australia and one that we were really looking forward to. We actually arrived in Brisbane twice but the first time was a stop over from 2pm until 4am whilst waiting for a connecting train. We took advantage of this stop over to visit family members namely Liz's Aunty Nell, Uncle Kieth and cousin Kay and Tony. ... pictures (see attached). It's funny when the Joeys go back in because they go head first leaving their legs sticking out! Just before the koala presentation I went to pick up my picture. It was such a shame because it was a really nice picture but it was out of focus! Which meant .. I got to cuddle another one! Luckily I didn't have to re que- I went straight to the front and held Tinkabell! ...and apparently Roger Feddera had held her earlier that day! ...

... he went back down to reception. There was a mix up and they had cancelled the key. It seemed the right hand didn't know what the left was doing. Obviously Uwe was a bit upset with all the confusion and so a gentleman had approached him asking if he could help. That gentleman just happened to be the general manager and it was he who was now in our room. He was very apologetic about the mix up and also the lack of river view with our apartment.
