    Duluth is a fun town - rich in history, lakeness, and food. If you return from Duluth hungry, you're doing it wrong. While on my own in town, I hit up two restaurants, one new to me and one with some great memories.

    Duluth Grill was a great find, not sure how I've missed it. At 3:00pm on Memorial Day there was a 30 minute wait for a counter spot. It appears that others have found it as well. Very cool ...

    ... I would find a motel room but by then I was out of town so when I saw the sign for Amnicon State Park I turned to check it out.

    It was beautiful, I found out in the morning. The campsite was private, large and quiet. I just slept in the back of the Prius so I did not have to bother with the tend. There was a fabulous hiking trail along the river and falls.
