... Mister Boone (hence the plantation name). We then see cotton field (they keep it growing just for show) This was a cotton plantation then a rice plantation. We board a special trolley to take the tour of the plantation (we see that we can already pick our own strawberries if we want). Very interesting tour. It is raining..... No it's not

... pm and some of us are hungry. We get to the Dead Dog Saloon (name only in the south). The menu looks promising. We choose a seafood plate for two : Boiled clams, shrimps, crabs legs smoked sausage and red potatoes all in a big pot with sauce and butter. It is delicious. You wash that with a local beer and you are sitting on a patio facing Murrell's inlet marsh under a sunny sky: Conclusion, you just had a fabulous afternoon.
