We packed our suitcases early this morning and made our final preparations. Late morning we left for the airport in Sarnia. Friday was a really fun day - we met my old friends Penny & Dave in Sarnia, Ontario, for their ParrotHeads' PHlock to the Dock event - a fun evening's cruise on the St. Clair River, with great music, a beautiful sunset, and the most amazing SuperMoon!

... Sequoia Campground was originally a children’s camp and in addition to the pool, there are sports fields, a lake complete with canoes and kayaks, cabins and playground. Recently, they added a beautiful log wedding chapel. There’s also a fellowship hall nearby with a kitchen that is now used primarily for family reunions. Today was an interesting day, it was really hot, but it was quick. Unlike the first few days, our legs and quads aren't sore anymore. We really have felt strong, getting use to the conditions.
