... we were curious to learn where he attended school. Lucie, a Belizean lady, didn’t know the answer but knew that he had ended up in British Columbia. She encouraged us to come back after 1 p.m. to meet Doug. She said that Doug works the night shift and finishes up around 2 a.m., so Lucie starts the restaurant laundry early in the morning before she leaves for work.
