Just back from shopping in Mangalore. We were trying to find a chemist and ended up buying over the counter in the street. People here so much more friendly than in Mumbai. Tuk tuks everywhere and coconut and banana palms. The guide on the shuttle bus sang to us and then put on his mothers sari to show - never a dull ...

I know this might sound crazy, but I was a bit disappointed...How much better would my story be if I had leeches on me??? Everyone has to rest when you have your period. The doctor says it is a time for things to be flowing out of you. Your body shouldn't be receiving anything. So, no ...

... perfect start to our day. The Beach was a big surprise. It was about 3 or 4 KM long with almost no human presence or activity. This was the time to get into the waters. Ashish and I did. Alok clicked Ashish in various poses as he volunteered to be the calendar boy for us. The shoot took about one hour and ended up giving us some hilarious poses for our 'Kingfisher' calendar.

After more than an hour of great entertainment, getting wet and drying ourselves, I started ...
