... auch noch 1200 Rupie ( das sind etwa 25 Chf) für die Nacht, also voll die Abzocke. Im zweiten Hotel war das Zimmer noch dreckig vom Vorgänger, der eine ausgelassene Nacht gefeiert hat. Die Houskeeperin sagte dann, in 10min sei es sauber......um das wirklich sauber zu kriegen braucht man min. 30 Minuten. Also auch keine Option. Im dritten wurde ich dann endlich fündig. Mittlerweile war es dann auch schon 4 Uhr ...
Super - Supermarket
... On the way to the cafe we spotted a large supermarket. It the first time I've been in a decent supermarket since China in July so was naturally excited! We probably wandered around the asiles for about an hour and I bought a full set of new toilettries, insect repellant had leaked in my wash bag weeks ago and all my bottles of shampoo etc were all a bit tatty!
Back to the Idea cafe for dinner then to the train station and the overnight train to Kerala.

2 days in Mangalore/Udupi

SCAM DAY!

We couldn't wheel our rucksacks along the platform for the sleeping bodies, who were "regular sleepovers" as it was free accommodation! And you've guessed it... we were joining them for the night!! 5 hours later Sir Sri reappears on the platform AND on his way ...

... Chvili na me koukal a vodpovedel...dve dvacet ale ten uz nestihnete. Dalsi..tri rano. Ale je tu autobus. Jenom ai Volvo ja na to. Jo to vypada ze by bylo. Ale ne sleaper..jenom sedadla. Jo..sdadacky 25-26...berem. Jedenactset dvacet...OK. V osum tricet ze to vyjizdi odnaproti z nadrazi a v Erenakulem..to je na pevnine vod Cochi to ma bejt pred desatou rano.
