        Today was our first full day in Langkawi, the weather was glorious and hot. We wanted to make the most of the day so went down for our buffet breakfast once we were up and ready. A good breakfast, lots of selection a lot of which we would never even think of having for breakfast but that's Asia for you.         A 5 hour bus ride brought us onto Penang island, we were staying in the largest town, Georgetown for just 1 night. Prior research suggested that this particular area had a English/European feel and look to it, so thought we should check it out.         ... on the end of a mop handle. That done, I threw out a squid jig and on the second cast caught a beautiful big squid for us to BBQ the next day! The fishing really was picking up, but that was just the beginning! We had a tasty meal of tuna and squid the next night on the BBQ – fish is so much better ‘fresh caught’ and nothing disappointed us in that meal.
