... The next 10 minutes was a mad rush to change, pack and leave. I didn't even brush my teeth! Bless Richard for being such a nice person and calling the tour to hold the bus and getting me a cab. He even asked me if I had food for breakfast. He was so sweet and looked terrified for me. He must think I am some crazy lost person! Oh and while I was at the front desk I spotted a paperclip which I need to open my iphone and change the Laos SIM to a US SIM that would work in China. ...

Today we leave the cruise at 8.30. We were all very happy to be leaving the cruise as we were a little disappointed in the standard of the food, the lack of entertainment onboard, the price of the drinks (no one attend happy hour as it was only 20% off all drinks) and the shore activities, it certainly wasn't what we had expected, SNA organised a tour around ...

Looking forward to exploring ...

... for us as we had not bought much. The ship had a farewell dinner which was pretty much the same type of food we have had for the whole cruise, very spicy and not a lot of meat, We all took photos of each other, and then finished off on the top deck for a game of cards and a few drinks with our tour group which was fun. Today was grand final day, Hawthorn defeated Sydney by 10 goals. Not so disappointed we didn't watch it as it appeared to be one ...

... the area. There were also a couple of stages there (one public and the other for the richer classes) for opera and plays. Our guide told us he had recently walked to Tibet in 34 days! On our way to the boat for the cruise, we stopped at a supermarket to buy some food for a simple tea (fruit and biscuits) as, while we would have liked to have had a hotpot (the local specialty), we didn't think we would do it justice after the large lunch. Boarding the ...
