... to Amaterdam where we will meet up with my relatives for 3 days. She said: I told MDH to look closely at the roll as it had lettuce and other stuff in it but no he said it is ok. ... seriously who jnow french fries actually originated in belgium during the war the americans came across hot chips in belgium but they thought they were still in france as half of belgium speaks french so they named them french fries.there is chocolate shops everywhere and the smell is divine but ive come to the conclusion the herbs thyme and mint shouldn't be put in chocolate it just tastes strange. ... banana waffles but we were a bit disappointed. (They make a better beer than waffles) After a couple of hours walking we returned to the Hotel just beating the rain.The shower at our Hotel was one of those plexiglass precast things. ... and a quiet street. We ordered the two local brews and enjoyed the calm scene. Brugse Zot and Straffe Hendrik are pretty good beers, fairly mild flavors with a slight hop.
