As you may know, Star Tours has recently been redesigned. It is now entirely in 3-D and has many scenarios of which can result in over 50 different combinations! Wow we did not experience each combination, we did experience each of the possible scenarios. Our favorite was the last, ride 7, which had Princess Leia. See each of our combinations below. ... a trip to Disney would be complete without a trip on It's a Small World!
So, yet again, we were up early this morning - it's as bad as being at work this Disney stuff! Dana and Richard, if you're reading this don't expect us to be up to much by the time we get to you, a week here then Washington and New York means I think we'll be on our knees when we reach Brewster!!
Unfortunately Thunder Mountain was closed ...
... he particularly loved it! It was a shame that we weren't feeling 100%, but we could have easily been bed bound and it's a good excuse to go back!
After an eventful night sat on the toilet towards the end of our week, we survived on gatorade and rich tea biscuits for a couple of days before we felt fine again; the bug had obviously left our systems. Now we could eat in Miami!
... it 25 Oliviers out of 10. It is the best ride I have been on. The best bit was how the ride made it feel like you were really flying around.
Then we went to Jurassic Park. I LOVED the Jurassic Park ride. This ride is a cruise where you can see the Dinosaurs. At the end you get one big gigantic splash. We got pretty wet on this ride. I score this 21 Oliviers out of 10.
... ice cream we went to the giant wave pool. There were mini waterfalls, we tried to get to all of them but one of them was blocked by very deep water with massive waves and I got a bit scared so we went back.
We then went to the pre-teen area for a cool down swim. The first thing I went on was the icebergs, I had to wait in an enourmous queue just to fall off on the second iceberg! I tried to get back ...
