... we had a good and long talk! Still no job but he is getting by. It is supposed to hit 104 today- now at 2 it is only 97. I just received a phone call from Phil’s phone, and did not recognize the voice-some excited young man--and when I got the story out of him, he had found Phil’s phone-probably in the courtyard where he lives at Wakefield Crossing. I forgot to add, we drove Dave's 55 Ford for this adventure, very sweet old car that even has air! The ride home was INTERESTING when Dave's famous ROAD RAGE kicked in and Suzan and I almost kissed some slow *****, lane changing, out of towner on the mouth (we were THAT close). Never a dull moment Dave! : )
The weather? Sunny and 70s! : )

-Even though this is billed as the largest stadium in the Cactus league, it is close enough to LA for fans to drive over for a day or two. And, the White Sox have one-half of that very devoted and supportive crowd from the Chicago area, who do love their baseball. Thus, whenever possible and certainly for night games, reserve your tickets ahead of time.

... also parking in the ‘new’ spot that should be his. He was ready to call security to have them towed! When we arrived home I parked in Brians spot but walking home from there noted that the Johns space was empty so moved the van to Johns site, parking for the night-under cover from rain and sun. Later Brian and Suzie came by to find out why I had moved and we talked till quite late. Brian was telling John of a larger apt that is available and John wants to check on ...
... bug. I felt so bad! She was a mean, lean scary machine.
So later mum asked another man in the same department, and he was sooo helpful and even went to find it for us, cause it turned out to be in another department, the toys....So i'm happy! I have a new guitar now for the America Trip! :) And its steel string too which is good.
Then we got home and put all our stuff away and made our new bed, etc. We didn't get to bed till past 12 o'clock. Soo tired!
