      We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant here - I had a really nice pork dish complemented by glass of local Sangiovese. Gary and I took a short walk outside after dinner, the temperature was minus 2. We are tucked up in bed now, very tired and looking forward to our big day tomorrow. We have a helicopter ride over the canyon at 10am, then we head to Las Vegas for one night, with a David Copperfield magic show tomorrow night. Very exciting!

      ... 8217;s 92-year-old Aunt Marie (who travelled by herself from Galveston) and son Kris from Amsterdam. Kris’ wife, Tamara, and 3-month-old twins Jack and Ethan were unable to make the long journey across the Atlantic. We set up a transportation matrix with flight times, etc. so we could keep track of where we needed to be when.
