      It was double date night - Krista's brother wanted to go to a French restaurant so he could get Foie Gras (which is illegal in california). So, it was off to a French restaurant. Not exactly what I wanted, especially since I was about to spend 2 weeks in France.
      Would have rather stayed home and eat the pizza that was ordered.

      ... was shouting when she called orders and talked to the two other guys who were cooking. There was the old style counter with the attached, swivel stools, and funny little red booths. When anyone paid, she said "Thanks y'all ... and AMEN".

      ... away, we would have arrived early if it wasn't for the fact that we missed the road initially and then couldn't see the house numbers int he dark when driving, and then worked out that house numbers here are not one after the other - they jump in large gaps. I'm not entirely sure what determines the number you get! We eventually found it though!
