... to go? Would you eat human flesh? Could you be able to justify letting others die so that you and your loved ones could live? Tough questions! And of course, some of the vivid pictures flash in my mind that also keep me awake into the wee hours of the night!

During the days we were at the cabin, we hiked to Hidden Falls in Wild Basin in Rocky Mountain National Park. We were hoping the falls were still frozen and climbable. We were not ...

    The Seventh Day (Denver)

A travel blog entry by isabellerose13 on Dec 25, 2013

We were woken up early because it was Christmas morning. I went upstairs and saw what I had in my stocking. I got some lip balm, a scarf, a Starbucks card and some chocolates. I had been saving the '100 things to do with little children to do on a journey' activity cards my best friend Karine had given me for this part of ...

Today we got started early. Decided to skip our morning showers and make sue we got through KC prior to rush hour traffic. Headed out about 6:30, and made it to the other side of KC without too much trouble. Once we got out of town, the speed limit most of the way to Denver was 75. That was about as fast as I could go, but it sure cost us in gas. Filled up twice, around $200 each time. Wow, almost $4 a gallon. Kansas was not too eventful. Seemed that the ...

    Alleluia! Christ has Rosen!

A travel blog entry by brookskeith on Apr 01, 2013

... we are Christians by the depth of our love for each other. I cannot imagine a more authentic Easter moment from which to launch this sabbatical time. I suspect the Apostle might have been right at home with our Holy Week events and especially in the Christian fellowship we enjoyed yesterday. Thank you for your servant's heart, a superb sense of humor (what WAS Scott Green doing to move the microphone?!), but above ...
