... get over 150 degrees in the summer. We could begin to feel the heat, and it was only noon by the time we had finished.
We went back to the Visitors Center and met a group of Goldwing riders from British Columbia in the parking lot. They were very friendly had had lots of tips of where to go if we made it over to Vancouver Island. Once we went back inside the Visitors Center, we realized that we had missed the movie. As it was just ...

... evening. We pay for our purchases and head back to the hotel for the evening.

When we get back to the hotel we unload all our purchase into the room as there are some things that need refrigeration and the rest needs to be repacked a little more compactly. The greenbelt is a series of trails ...

... Hotel located on W 55th St, walked to TKTS and purchased tickets to Lady Day at the Emerson Bar. It started raining hard(about 2"). We darted into the Palms Restaurant for diner soaking wet. Then on to The Circle In The Square theater. Audra McDonald certainly deserved the Tony for her performance depicting Billie Holiday. Pretty depressing to watch a drunk jazz singer self destruct but well worth the experience. Rain stopped and we made it back to our hotel by 10 PM.

... to the overlook and take some pictures and fro there Kate Charlie and I decide to carry on to the Round House restaurant (open in ski season only) and then back down the mountain in a loop. It's a pretty hike that criss crosses the ski runs and goes in and out thru the woods. At one point we can smell animals, I was hoping it wasn't going to be a bear, but we were lucky we didn't see or hear anything we could only smell them. The trails are pretty well signposted and ...
