... our goodbyes and headed out into a shopping mall at the top end of Michigan Avenue. S&M returned to their apartment (to continue recovery from a big night out) while Yvonne, Wendy and Chris took to the shops and the holiday season sales. ... of chaos we finally made it through all the airport check points and found the right gate. So here I sit waiting to board the plane that will take me to a new and exciting culture. Questions keep swirling around in my head as to what will I have experienced when I return back to the small town of Marshall and even though I know I don't have the answers I do know one thing. I'll never find out until I cross the gang-plank and board that plane. All I have to do is take the first ...

... pork roll and we also got some donuts on the way out. Not the healthiest dinner but it was very satisfying.

We spent a couple of hours walking around enjoying the atmosphere before getting a cab back to our room. We desperately needed to do some washing otherwise neither of us would of had underwear to wear the next day. It had been a long day by the time we finished up so we hit the hay with a day of exploring Chicago tomorrow.
