When we arrived, we had to wait in a line at the gates to get a ticket. We arrived at 10 am and it wasn't a very long line to wait in, with only maybe 10 people in front of us.

Spoke to a steward I looked in the bag for a name found a flight itinerary in the name Rob Moss as I was telling the steward I saw Tim tap a guy on his shoulder who clearly had our bag on his back!
