    ... one day that my GPS was activated on the map that I had preloaded when I had Wifi. This has been hit and miss since - but loading what you need in a Wifi zone should do the trick. I was planning to get a SIM card over here for my old phone, but if I can hit so many Wifi zones I can have access otherwise. It has been easy to do that. Lots of places are open as part of their service. Even Cafe Sacher. :) (I might have had their Wifi and lunch, but... I am saving Sachertorte for Vienna...) ...

    ... they consider this area to be German as far as booking goes. Got myself oriented to the city and the countryside. One of our stops was Hellbrun Palace, and had a wee look at the grounds and the gazebo from the Sound of Music.     ... river! They took us to a waterfall about 10 meters high. We started with a small jump so they could teach us how to enter the water properly. F$#k it was cold!!!! About 8 degrees or something and jumping straight into it was such a shock to the system! We then moved to the next jump on the other side which was about 6 meters high.
