Empty dishwasher, set table for breakfast, pastries into the oven, serve breakfast, cooked as required, clean up, make a cake, clean communal areas, clean rooms, make beds, prep dinner, have lunch, maybe go for a ski or a walk for a few hours then back to cook dinner, clean up, head off to bed between 9pm and midnight depending on the goings on in the Chalet. ... or so, whilst Paul ate a toasted ham and cheese sandwich and chips for breakfast. I had already eaten rice and vegetables for breakfast at the hostel. Paul preferred sleep than food at this point. He said it was the best ham and cheese toasted sandwich he had ever eaten. He has tended to say that a lot this trip.
