    I've got a long way to go to get home and not long to do it in....as North Serbia & Hungary are very flat & very unexciting I hit the road, did 460 miles and finished up in a one horse town in Austria.

    ... are! Town just as I imagined. Motel lovely and lots of little streets to wander around and bars and restaurants. Went up in the castle, which isn't so impressive, and up the tower. Then wandered a bit more, had a drink at a bar, then dinner on the river , watching the canoes and rafts coming in. Then went to a piano bar and sat with a yank from Charlstn... Had a good ...

    ... can hear people's accent is different here, they say "Jo" instead of "Ja", they're relaxed and welcoming... Are they to Germans what Belgians are to us? At some point we had to cross the Danube to follow the path and the guy there asks for 2 euros per passenger to go 100m. Merp. Anyways, we're on course to be in Vienna by Saturday night, so all is good, except we need to rest our weary legs ...

    ... used to have all the Money. (Details provided by Elfi who was sitting next to me until now!)
    We had a lovely lunch in a Restaurant near the river, a HUGE plate called a Vegetarian Feast.
    No Need to describe the biological effects of all that roughage on the 'Evans constitution! The air Pollution above Austria has multiplied overnight!

    ... at. She bought a scarf and was very happy with her purchases. We then enjoyed some apple strudel and hot/cold drinks at a coffee shop overlooking the town square. A lovely way to end our day. Our walk home to us past an art shop which I really wanted to go into. I loved this shop. It was filled with quality art products, so colourful and not touristy at all. The brand was Koh-I-Noor, which apparently is a Czech brand. I used to buy this brand online ...
