... Cathedral. Last night we took a night train to Prague (9hrs) then a bus to Cesky Krumlov. We were somewhat nervous riding the bus, as it was very old, the tires were bald, & the driver looked like John Belushi from the movie "Animal House". But we made it here & are looking forward to seeing the town, which looks like a fairy tale village.

... the appropriate period remain within.

While Cesky Krumlov like any tourist attraction, is abundant with sites peddling souvenirs, there seems to be certain sense of pride in the quality of the items for sale. There are shops which sell more expensive items, such as jewellery, including Czech garnets and beautifully designed amber accessories. With Lyn and ...

... Czech and kicked them out and then when the Czechs reclaimed their land and property and kicked out the Germans.

We headed outside for some lunch and discussed whether we’d like to go on a Castle tour which took us inside into some of the castle rooms. Milly was tired but the boys were keen to go so we decided we’d all go and then head home once it was finished. We all really enjoyed the tour and were very pleased we decided to ...
