... for my small fear of heights. We climbed higher and higher. Slowly getting the full view of Interlaken and Matten the village next door. Eventually we saw almost the entire valley. I couldn't wait until the tram pulled into it's station and we could get off. I thought at any moment the tram would just fall off the tracks and go flying down the mountain. ... up to the top of the mountain the village sits on the side of, the Schilthorn. The gondola up was full but fun with great views. The top is something like 9,750 ft high. There's a revolving restaurant there and terraces to view all the scenery. The restaurant was in a James Bond movie. Emily went hiking on the ridge out back...for about 20 feet! I wouldn't even go down the stairs to the start of the trail. It was a fun day ...
