... waterfalls are in the valley). After we ate, we had planned on continuing the walk down to the valley floor to Stechelberg, but we opted for the cable car instead. Then we walked along the river part of the way back to Lauterbrunnen, and caught the bus back for the rest. We were very sore the next day and contemplated spending it in Lauterbrunnen, but the weather forecast was poor, and it even rained on us as we packed up (what a surprise).
