    ... and surrounding parklands are very popular with tourists and hikers. In addition, the lake's position surrounded by sheer rock walls creates an echo known for its clarity.     ... had some desert at cafe Tomaselli. It was our energy boost for the next hike, up the mountain to a lookout point near a monastery. Great views but we went a little too far up the mountain and ended up near some private houses further up the hill.     ... de. We had purchased some cheese, bread and fruit for a picnic lunch and stopped just off the highway to eat and drink some apple champaign. We stopped at a woodworkers tourist shop and looked at some carvings. We headed to our B and B in Ramsau and had a nice dinner in the local pub.
