On the road to Spicak to ski resort area to catch ski lifts for downhill mountain biking. Sadly we missed the world championships which were on here a few weeks back.
Phil is jumping out of his skin with excitement and checking out the runs from the lift. On way up observed a guy crumpled and groaning off a fall he'd taken on his bike. Medical were called in to get him off the mountain.

Zwiesel camping ground was a nice surprise; long concrete block pitches beside stream boarded with trees, easy access and plenty of room for the bus. Ideal except internet only accessible in large tent or on restaurant balcony.
