I've seen some of the important sights on the Buda side, I've seen many of the sights and buildings on the Pest side (most districts nearest the river). Today I walked along a street called Andrássy Ut. ...

A little left...or right....of left...or right...That's sometimes how it felt traveling in Eastern Europe. When I was a little girl, we would go and visit my Grandmother in Winnipeg. Upon arriving at 96 Lenore Street, the first thing you’d do is knock on Grannie Annie's front door, which was the door to the porch. And that porch...was ....a wonder. She’d never hear you knocking....so after a bit you’d open the white paint peeling creaky wooden door and ...
