Whatever it was it had melt-off-the-bone chicken, delicious creamy paprika sauce (Budapest is also know for their paprika), and these awesome little Hungarian noodles that were shaped like big tan raisins. My description doesn't do it justice, it was delicious. We made it to the baths, and can I just say, hello heaven. You need to come to Budapest, if for nothing else than to experience the baths, it's worth every ...

It's actually better than our previous apartment so no qualms here. There ...

... bridge and it continued to rain, it was getting towards dusk but continued to take photos. We found a nice eatery and I had the local ham hock, sausage and sauerkraut dish. It was delicious and we washed it down with two glasses of the local red. I flaked out very early and slept for 12 hours with just two wakeful periods. Gerry took some shots of the attractions all lit up. We enjoyed a great breakfast and set out to see some more sights. We walked to the market area where we ...

... her into the old city gates and to her families house. We were shown to our room, and Jen got her own as well. We were in a great location and really lucked out. Apparently it was low season, but taking a look at the city it sure didnt seem that way. There were tourist everywhere. The old city was beautiful and considered one of the finer ones in the world. I later found out that this is where they film the tv show Game of Thrones. After settling in we went out to see the ...
