    Today was a girls only day, a full day of shopping in Oberhausen Germany, this is a 50 minute drive for us (my family lives 10 minutes from the German border). The Germans are very rude people, not friendly at all. The shopping centre we went to is huge, makes Shellharbour Square look very small, we didn't get the see the whole centre, especially with the way Jennifer, her daughter Merlin and Katie like to shop in every shop. ...

    ... Kebab's for dinner. Lennox was kind enough to let me have a wee drive on the roads. I must say it was very very different and took a minute of getting used to. I also found myself unable to trust anyone on the roads as you do with New Zealand roads. Nevertheless it was a safe and good experience and I was completely within the law doing so. We then went on an autobahn (Lennox was driving) which was a unique and yet scary experience.
