... enjoying a glass of champagne!! Riverboat is lovely and the entire process of checking in could not have been any easier!! We soon had our room keys in hand and were escorted to a lovely room right across from the Schmitzes!! After unpacking, we returned to the lounge for staff introductions and another beverage. Enjoyed dinner and then headed to the piano bar, which is the only entertainment on the ship. Now on a ship with 120 passengers, one might think that there would be ...

... the subway and found our way to dinner. Dinner, which was fairly simple, finished by 7 and we headed back to the hotel by way of the RER. It was definitely a rush hour experience, complete with being crammed into cars like sardines. Once we got back to the hotel, most of the kids settled in and went to bed! ... the Louvre and there was already a pretty hefty line that had formed but that was only because try hadn't started letting in yet. Once they opened up it only took us about 15 minutes to get through the line and get our tickets. Of course I got the standard photos in front of the pyramid in the courtyard. But when you walk into the museum it's like nothing you have ever seen. I wanted to snap photos the whole time but didn't want to miss any of the art. ...
