... in the big city to the east. Unfortunately, we had no maps that covered Neuilly, so we were mostly flying blind. We were looking for the Hotel de Ville (city hall), and the public square upon which it sits, but soon became disoriented trying to navigate the side streets. ... of the coach at the Eiffel Tower to take photos. There were still lots of Christmas markets up and running along the streets of Champs Elysees. There is a macca's along here (I know!) but their 'golden arches' are painted white as they needed to go with the rest of the street design! A very cool feature. I think it's on the only set of white arches in the world.

... I wandered back to the Christmas markets with the hope we’d find Rohan soon.
The Christmas lights display was fantastic. All white and blue with 4 corner displays at an intersection where the Christmas markets began. It was all a little distracting but we needed to find Ro. Thankfully he found us, although he was a little frazzled thinking he’s lost us as he’d wandered up and down the street without seeing us.

Hotel is great, across thye road this evening into a flash restaurant, we were the only o0nes there, ordered one pizza between us and a tea and coffee.
All we needed and was brilliant.
Now comfortably in our room watched some football, Serie A and La Ligue, plus Lona has just found the French Dancing with the Stars!!
