It was an absolute mission to find the train station that we needed but the locals, even if they don't speak English, are very helpful. We are still trying to get used to speaking the very little Spanish we know. Jordan keeps saying 'Graci' instead of 'gracias' to people and it makes me laugh every time. He tried to cover it ...

... the magnificence of the building. We spent about 2 hours at Sagrada Familia and then headed back to Passeig de Gracia to catch the train to Sitges. On our way we walked by Casa Batllo, another Gaudi project. When we got back to Sitges, we had a wonderful dinner at a restaurant called Le Patio which is on the street next to ours. We are starting to fit into the culture here and are getting used to eating at 10:00 pm! We decided to head back to our room by ...

... building with seven high points, four of which are towers resembling Moorish minarets of Andalucia, the three others taking the classical round dome style of the Pantheon of Paris. This mixture of architectural styles is very Barcelona. The front of this building has a giant waterfall cascade that flows down several levels, its scale and the powerful visual impact is almost like Versailles. This large amount ...
