... was very busy, but I loved it. We stopped at a Tapas Bar, a little hole in the wall called Amatxu. We had Gaspacho (a cold soup I wasn't really fond of), meatballs (I wasn't really fond of), garlic chicken (I wasn't really fond of), and a small but delicious Mozzarella tapa.

... but it was truly the most insane thing that's ever happened to me and i loved it all!

This weekend coming up I'm headed to the Isle of Skye in Scotland and then heading to London next Wednesday to meet up with Hayley before our trip to Belgium for the weekend and then the following weekend I'm back to London to visit all the dudes and then when i fly back, Karrie and gramps will be here. So many exciting things to look forward to. I am so grateful for this amazing experience!

We managed breakfast, with the help of our Spanish dictionary, and had a tour around the their lovely large property. They showed us their peacocks, one an albino we think. They have lots of cactii, and fruit trees. Finita picked a fig from the tree for us to try - very sweet, and almost a melon flavour, not at all like the dried fig we get.

... to use, etc). It was incredibly fresh and totally justified the massive lineups that were outside everyday. It was so good that we had to go back for a second meal.
