... go swimming. It was a big day of walking! We spent 4 hours hiking up and down the cliffs and around the stunning lakes. There are apparently bears and deers in Plitvice National Park but we didn't see any, we did see a little mouse on the path, plenty of fish in the water and amazing electric blue dragonflies. This morning it was time to leave the magnificent Plitvice National Park. For us there was a tinge of sadness as this had been one of the highlights of the whole trip. Such a stunning, untouched park with amazing natural beauty. We were up early this morning to get the bus to Split further south and towards the coast in Croatia.
