Oziosko here we come!
Spent two nights by the Murray at Tom Groggin camp (really one would have done). Not much to do there but nice not to pack up every day! Surprisingly hot during day, all got sunburnt.. Off to Thredbo. Caught chair lift ($32 each, generously kids are free!!) up and then walked 2km to Kosciuszko viewing platform. Tom enjoyed the walk... Dad's shoulders on way ...

Snow in December
Early start packing in the rain... Great nights' sleep but looking forward to heading through Cabramurra and Khancoban to Tom Groggin camp along the mighty Murray River. Icy roads as we started to climb to Cabramurra...eventually snow started to fall on the car, much to Darcy's delight (Tom, as usual, slept through the whole thing!!!). Passed the town centre to discover the road closed ...

... how surprised we were when Tris spotted snow on top of the mountains in the distance as we neared Jindabyne. How exciting! The caravan park we booked into, would be one of the most difficult sites for us to get into.
