... lived with Melang and brought that meal for everyone at the orphanage. They were really nice people and really tried to have conversations with us in broken English. They'd hired a Bemo which they were travelling back to Melang in and they invited us to ride with them. We headed back with them into the city and just had to catch one bemo back to the hostel.

The final descent to camp was the hardest downhill stretch we had done, scrambling backwards for almost an hour, it was such a relief when we arrived. We jumped straight into the ice cold river it was so refreshing!
