... a small amount smelt the aroma and then tasted it. Satisfied he then decanted the bottle and came and after showing us a glass and asking if I wanted to taste the wine (I said no) poured us a glass. He kept the decanter over in the window.
An amazing performance and our wine was at the lower end (if not the lowest) of the selection.
We only had ONE bottle and a port.
Bit of tongue anyone? - The fifth course - Smoked Beef Tongue, yellow pea and apple.
... there I found it unreal that the land was given back to be used in normal everyday life.
With our Contiki optionals over, the night is ours, and Alex, Caitlin and I go for a walk back through the old town before settling on a restaurant just across from the astronomical clock tower, where we spend the evening dining and watching the crowds gather and disperse.
Prague! I hope to see you one day again soon

... eventually made it back to the bus to pick up our bags. After what seamed like 45 minutes, walking bags over cobblestone, we finally made it to our hotel. We had about an hour to get ready then we had dinner. We had a very nice 3 course dinner provided by the hotel. We then had another 90 minutes to get ready for the pub crawl.
