We weren't originally going to go to Munnar, but after realising that Alleppey was not very exciting we decided to hop on a bus up into the mountains. Munnar was about 5 hours inland from Cochin and it is one of the highest towns in Kerala. We had one day in Munnar so we got up in good time to go for a walk.
