... those boats and decided to not go on it. We were home in time for supper and Anameike had made the best tasting leftovers dish from the turkey I had ever tasted.

Monique and Mark had put an offer in on a house so we went for a drive to have a look at it the next day. The girls had a play in the park nearby. It was great to have a relaxing day. We said goodbye very reluctantly that night as we had to leave at five in the morning.

Hello everyone...
Well the time has come and we have said allof our goodbyes. All we have to do is finish packing the bags and get to Detroit! Thank you for all of your help in getting ready for this trip and for your support of us as we do what we love. We hope these next three months are great for everyone and we look forward to seeing you at Christmas!

We book in to the airport in so we can get internet access 104 dollars Canadian with a hot breakfast included. After check in we head off looking for something to eat and decide on KFC when we are eating we strike up a conversation with a couple at the next table he write technical manuals for the defense force an she is a school teacher. It was nice to compare each others countries and they welcomed us back to the commonwealth.

Well the day has finally come...Dustin is flying the Coop...Do you think he could have chosen a closer place just to visit his Mum???? :-(
We flew WestJet from London to Vancouver. See attached pictures for a view of the Rockies from the plane.

... we drove through south London. More condominium housing and strip malls - all the big box stores you can think of. With all the development taking place I wondered how long the city could hold on to its title as The Forest City.

We shared a time of great food, and conversation, talking until after 10:00 p.m., when we decided it was best to check into our hotel to get some sleep, since we had such a long journey waiting for us the following day.

... into Lake Erie where the beaches have lots of sand that blows towards the houses. Residents have attempted to block the sand from blasting their homes by installing high plywood fences or snow fence slats. This has only worsened the situation by creating sand-drifts as high as the fence and long enough to pile up against the houses. ... s the problem! I plan to leave early tomorrow and make it to Hamilton and hopefully get things sorted there, spending the day in Toronto and then onto Niagara Falls. While I'm have my vehicle serviced (oil change etc, nearly my 5,000 km mark! so a good time to have things looked at during the one stop off.....hopefully!) I hope to look around Toronto and Niagara region. I sincerely hope that will put things back in perspective again.

After the play, it was time to get back on the bus. Katelyn maneuvered it so Nick and I ended up sitting together (subtle). We pulled out his iPod and the little speakers he had with him and we listened to Brad Neely's parody of Harry Potter, Wizard People, Dear Reader, for the umpteenth time. It sounded like gravelly gobbeldygook to Leah and Rachel, making them crack up and begin to imitate Brad Neely's voice ...
