... casino, just opened. Had a lot of fun, but they still had a lot of detail work to do.

Ray and Phyllis came on Saturday night and we had a nice dinner; enjoyed catching up with the latest with great friends that seem to be full of fascinating experiences. They considered staying at the Casino, but decided on something closer to Omak. We went up to Cooley Dam, and took a tour through that, since Ray, the engineering whiz wanted to see the workings. ...

... outer edge of town, I found a Walmart and once again Maura was in the right place at the right time. She was sitting in the CRV in the parking lot. We loaded up on zinc oxide products and more Gatorade.
I peddled off, covered in white sunblock, still with the hopes that I could knock out another 45 miles.

By noon, the sun was sizzling and unrelenting headwinds tried ...
