Reno doesn’t sound like the most amazing place or anything but the reason we are here in part is to relax for a couple of days. Hotels here – like Vegas – are cheap and have pools. The only reason we stayed in the Motel 6 tonight is because like Vegas the hotel prices go up on the weekend so we wanted to be nearby tonight to maximise the next two days of what we hope will be ...

Postscript: We traveled a total of 7409 land miles, as well as our miles on the Alaska Marine Highway from Skagway to Prince Rupert.which we estimate to be about 450 miles. The highest we paid for gasoline per gallon was $6.28 with the lowest $3.65 when we were back in Nevada. Gasoline for the RV was our biggest expense as we were only getting 7+ miles to the gallon.

Jalen's 1st trip to tahoe was horrible. We went through a timeshare offer and the resort was so bad we left 1 day early! We saw our presentation which was horrible experience and checked out early. The room was small, dingy and so outdated. No AC as well and it was hot. We went to the Lake which was nice and Jalen dipped his feet in for the 1st time. He wasn't a fan because it was too cold. ...
