... the Sun was out and it was just beautiful.

On the way back to Durango we stopped for lunch in a little town, Manco, Colorado, and found a delightful little restaurant/bakery in an old (1905) bank building. The food was very good, and the atmosphere was delightful. We are planning to stop by in the morning on our way to Flagstaff for breakfast.

All Aboard! The Durango & Silverton train leaves shortly. The narrow gauge wasn't known for speed but rather that it could be built and go where others couldn't. ... headed out to Mesa Verde after spending the early part of the day in dowtown Durango. The cliff dwellings were great. The boys loved climbing the 32ft. ladder into the cliffside homes and navigating the small tunnels. It was a long, but beautiful drive.

We finally have some Wi-Fi and are posting some photos thus far. Enjoy!
