... all the usual suspects there, but that was way back in 2001. This trip came about because my daughter Angela and her husband Dave invited us to go on holidays with them to Hawaii. It wasn't so much Hawaii that clinched the deal for us, but that I don't think we'll be offered too many more invitations or opportunities by our adult children to holiday with them.

I have always had a thing for cemetries, and unlike many, I never try to avoid them.. I walked past the various graves in Waverley Cemetery, dating back to the late 19th centuries, many in poor condition, and compensated by the new graves with the architecture spanning two centuries. 9:30AM (Sydney) - A little duty-free shopping while waiting, picked up a cool pair of Ray-Bans. Wow, some of these sunnies are over 500 bucks! Who pays that much for sunglasses? Departure boards still say 10:05 boarding, but the incoming plane hasn't even arrived yet.

Today we are in Sydney our last port. It is another beautiful day, the temperature is about 80 degrees with a beautiful breeze. We are anchored in Sydney harbor with a view of Harbor Bridge and the Opera House.
