      ... cleared again and the sun shone, taking the temperatures up to about 28 again. Some friends of ours said they went down to the beach, but left because it was too hot! We settled for wombling in to town, and pottered around the centre enjoying the sun, before going for a walk around the walls.

      ... Second challenge was in checkin queue. The woman in front had 44kg of luggage and was trying not to pay for it. She had books out, stuff strewn everywhere, suitcase open, in an attempt to decrease weight. But woman behind counter was wise to her and got her to weigh her handbag. The negotiations continued.       ... mountains. Looking at the mountains with their huge houses on them undoubtedly owned by rich folk. We had a kebab for lunch and were harassed by little sparrows while eating. One of which was brave enough to go for it while it was in my hand. Cheeky *******.

      On Monday after school, we went to the next lake along, Lake Maggiore which was about a 30 minute drive and looked equally impressive as this lake.
