    ... smell the cheeses, tour the cheese coolers and then see the packaging area. We took a million photos and wrote so many notes for a future WineAndCheeseFriday post. As the tour was ending, we came back into the gift shop where we began and were presented with a grand feast of 7 cheeses, warm speck-wrapped goat cheese, mounds of salumi, sparkling wine and bread.
