    ... of wildlife were pointed out to us by using the directional clock as a guide. At 3 o'clock we saw some pelicans and at 9 o’clock we saw a scrub python. We also saw Royal Spoonbills, Brahminy Brown Kites, Darter bird, fish and some crabs. Other attractions Shorty pointed out along the way included Mount Coolum, The Bli Bli Castle and spectacular wetland islands.

    The Blue Laguna was on route toward the Rainforest and Wetland Sanctuary walk. When ...

    ... the waterfront and had a great walk around the town and through Cottontree Holiday Park . This time of year the park is full of mainly retirees from Victoria and New South Wales who migrate North at Easter and spend the winter up here and head home around labour weekend . We were surprised to see some empty sites so times must be a little tight for some.

    ... it was easy for him to grasp. Sharon was doing the snap happy stuff outside. Figured that she would be told in a longer form that she could understand later. Not good at comprehension when really tired.

    ... way to Dorrigo. We saw some great waterfalls and I even plucked up the courage to jump in. We visited the rainforest conservation centre and had a lovely walk with a great view of the jungle from up high. Then we found a free campsite for the night.
