    ... and having spent a few weeks here last year we didn’t need to see it all again, apart from the few bits we needed to show Judi. We mainly spent our time getting manicured, pedicured, massaged and beautified within an inch of our lives. When we weren’t getting pampered we were in the pool, petting and feeding the local cat community and eating our way through the fabulous restaurants and night markets on the island.

    We headed off at 8.30 for this tour which was one of the best tours we have been on. The 4WD holds 10 people in the back tray and has two seats on top of the drivers hub. Our first stop after picking everyone up was the Grandmother and Grandfather rocks. It is a sacred place and word is that if you are having trouble falling pregnant, come to these rocks and you will be pregnant within 12 months. Let's hope not!! They are two rocks in the ocean ...

    ... 6am. I slept fairly well actually for a coach! We had some films on too so the time past a lot quicker then I was expecting. We watched the sun rise from the ferry which was beautiful over the sea and islands. It's quite expensive here compared to the rest of Thailand. Maybe we've got too used to the extremely low prices.     ... now in a resort called Bo phut ( get the world map out mum) which is a lot nicer ( one of us wanted to come here first but I couldn't possibly comment on who).. We've got a nice place overlooking the sea with the constant crashing waves for company... I think Aileen chose this place to help drown out the stories of my first trip out here..
