... That is what I found out sleeping in my " cute" fairly new bungalow at Paradise. I moved from my old, creepy bungalow by the hippies at Good Feeling, which wasnt giving me much of a good feeling, to my cute, bungalow up on a hill, overlooking the beach. Clean, simple..perfect! Right? Well......It rained a bit last night. A nice relief from the hot days and the lack of any natural breeze since these islands lack fans, or of course airconditioning. ...

... We spent the whole day exploring different beaches and then on the way home we got some more mistery meat street food. Hania's food was preatty easy - 100% it was a fish, whereas after finding a brown spinal cord and ribs in John's 'chicken', we are pretty sure it was either a large squirrel or a small cat. Either way it was, quite tasty though.

... on a swing having a beer on the beach watching sunset. I then took him out for a lovely meal on the beach and went for drinks with some other friends we had made and ended up in a club dancing with lots of thai. On our last day we went to explore the south of the island Bang bao. Did some shopping on the pier where. Apparently the restaurants are the best for seafood on the island. Next to the pier is a bay which is the most beautiful on the island the water so crystal clear. ...

Oh I do like to be beside the seaside.

... As a result, Marty and I spent the whole day in various cafes reading and writing blogs and journals. Quite a nice way to spend a day. It was a pretty lazy day and not much happened that evening either. I went to bed pretty early, still not feeling great.

On our final day in Kampot, Marty, Renzo and I got some bikes and successfully made it to Bokor National Park. The roads were amazing, smooth tarmac winding slowly up the hill, with views over Kampot out to the sea. ...
