... will be without Internet or even electricity except for a few hours a day on Koh Wai. I arrive with the “day tripper" boat from Ko Chang. It only takes about an hour. ... fish eat our feet - free fish spa! The guides had carried up lunch and fresh fruit for us so we ate this all together by the waterfall and then had an hour to relax in the sun. ... literally. All the accommodation is in a line along the shore but this place was open fronted and I had the bed at the end. Not the nicest place but a nice view.
I spent the day sunbathing on sand that felt like icing sugar and playing in the warm crystal clear sea. Not a bad way to spend the day really.
Once I'd had enough sun I spent the rest of the afternoon reading in the shade and drinking the local beer.
