Making a Habit of It

... was very friendly. After dinner we had a walk through the parks and stopped to try some of the outdoor exercise equipment. This was okay, but we preferred the swing! We also walked along the beach and out a ways along the rocky sea wall. The sun was setting, sending swathes of colour across the sky; lilac, red and bright pink much like the un-sun creamed tops of Cat's legs! It was very beautiful and ...

Cat had an intriguing experience at 3.30 this morning, she woke up and went to go to the toilet but someone was in! Now there are only 4 rooms sharing our toilet so really what are the chances?! Anyway they took ages and then went into the shower: bazaar. Our bus to Parnu was leaving at 0845 so it was an early start and a half hour walk across town to the bus station. With some extra time we stopped to pick up some breakfast. The journey took 2.5 hours but passed quickly as ...

Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, is one of the oldest cities on the Baltic Sea, founded in 1154. Its Old Town has remained remarkably unchanged for the past 600 years, making it one of the most attractive cities in Europe. The reconstructed Rotermann area is located very close to Old Town. Today's Tallinn is also a thoroughly modern capital filled with parks, museums, sports centres, hotels and cafés

Popped down to the beach which was like something out of Miami. Really nice sunset and the tide was out which left a pretty cool pattern in the sand. Couple of pictures for sure! Found some great street art too! Big fan. Tomorrow the final long distance coach ride to Riga. Very excited. Here's a few pics from ...

Quite a clinical envirnoment, with a terrible breakfast buffet (the hotel being a spa, I kinda hoped for something healthy and diverse). Stayed in a two-story wooden building, not the main hotel. The balcony door has been damaged and it didn't seem very safe to leave valuables in the room.
