... car driver told us about on the way up. About 1/10th of what we paid him!! so good balance :). Stopped in a few shops along the way - seems the other end of town has the "reasonable' shops - found shoes and a few fun things to share with the kids upon return/Xmas etc. Was fun to see them make Oplatky's too - thin thin wafer pancake-size cookies with all sorts of flavours in them. Another fun thing for Loon Lake. Also picked up ...
On our own again - to Karlovy Vary!
... super tho' but the police arrived near the end of our meal and told them to turn it down - guess it echoes in this small town or someone grumpy complained. Thought the restaurant was being robbed - they were so serious about it!! Dogs even given bowls of water in the restaurant - Rich actually admitted he was warming up to getting a pooch!! Charcoal will have a friend!!
Off to sleep - tired but a good tired.

Letos se vydáme na daleký sever za horskými etniky k barmsko-thajské hranici, naučíme se vařit v džungli (no, a nebo trochu pohubneme, no...), svezeme se po Mekongu do Laosu a "proletíme se" pralesem (opičáci na to prý jsme dostateční). Day 10 - Karlovy Vary the old spa town
... has been a regular thing. It gets too got otherwise! Lol. We then headed out to the bus. On the bus I was so hot from all the layers I was wearing!
